Fundraisers

It's that dreaded word: fundraiser.

Unfortunately, it's a necessity of the nonprofit organization. We receive no aid from any city, state, or federal funding. Without donations, WCAHS would not be able to continue our work in the trap/neuter/release of feral cats, participate in spay/neuter clinics, or find medical care or homes for the many animals that cross our path.

Currently we have a number of fundraisers happening. If you're interested in helping WCAHS (and buying you and your friends and family something great!) check them out.

*Pampered Chef: Through the end of September, we are hosting an online fundraiser. WCAHS will receive 10% of the profits of $600 or less in sales, or 15% if the sales are greater than $600.

*BarkBox:  BarkBox is a subscription service. Every month, your dog will receive a box full of dog toys and treats. Lots of great surprises, and fun new products! Almost all the products are made in the USA, and are grain free.
 

August BarkBox: a bag of liver munchies, a bag of bully flakes, a bag of duck strips, a packet of Ice Pups broth to make a hot or cold canine treat, and a dolphin-shaped tennis ball toy

July BarkBox: A flexi travel bowl, training-sized dog chews, a bag of coconut, molasses, and flax-flavored dog treats, two meaty dog treats, a freeze 'n eat dog smoothie, and a stuffable toy that smells like vanilla

June BarkBox: grilled sirloin burger dog treats (grain and gluten free!), a bag of "puptato" chips, a box of calming wafers, a big chew bone, and a bottle of dog beer!

 New subscribers to BarkBox can use the code WCAHSBBX1 at checkout. They will get $10 off their first BarkBox, and WCAHS will get $10.

*Jen's Wreaths: We have a great selection of wreaths from this awesome Minnesota-based company. These wreaths are beautiful; they last for months and  look and smell great. They're also priced for delivery, so you can buy them or ship them to or from anywhere in the continental United States (add $35 for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.) 

I like to send these wreaths to relatives who I won't see over the holidays due to distance, and to those who don't really have room for more "stuff" in their home. I also buy a couple for myself, just because they're so cheery and festive :)

Orders are due by November 15, with wreaths being delivered between December 2-6. Payment is due up front--we take cash, check, PayPal, and credit/debit cards. (Add $1 per purchase if paying with a card.) If you'd like to place an order, e-mail wcahsfundraising@gmail.com.
